Keto Egg Loaf Recipe Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbs butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
Optional: 1 tsp swerve or monk fruit sweetener
Optional: flavoring of your choice such as vanilla, cinnamon, or any of the Lorann flavoring oils (blueberry, strawberry, coconut, cheesecake, banana, apple etc…) You only need 2 drops per serving when you use these oils. They are powerful!
Keto Egg Loaf Recipe Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl (or a blender) and mix it until all the ingredients combine and become smooth. This takes about 3 minutes or so with a hand mixer. It will only take about a minute with a blender.
Spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray and bake it at 350 degrees for 20 minutes for muffins or 30 minutes for a 9 x 13 pan.
Note: This recipe can be doubled as needed. You can make a whole loaf by doubling this recipe with 8 eggs, 8 tbs of butter and 8 oz of cream cheese. This amount fits nicely in a 9 x 13 pan.
Each egg is a serving so the above recipe with 4 eggs equals 4 servings.
