Berry-delicious Yogurt Smoothie
In a hurry- not a lot of time in the morning, but you’re starving for something that’s quick, simple, and on-the-go? Blend up a very Berry-delicious smoothie!
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
- ¾ cup fresh blackberries
- 5.3 ounce package plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk (optional-add your favorite milk)
- 1 whole banana
- 2 scoops – optional-add your favorite protein powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
- Pulse for 30 seconds, stir and pulse for an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
To make this smoothie simply add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse for 30 seconds. Stir and pulse again for another 30 seconds until blended. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with blueberries and blackberries if desired. If out of season- add strawberries! Serves 2
