This amazing Cinnamon Keto Granola is the result of a lonely, guilt ridden night.


  • 5 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 5 tbs unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 oz nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
  • tbsp sugar free maple syrup (optional: honey)
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly except for the cinnamon.
  1. Spread out mixture onto a baking sheet to make one layer.
  2. Sprinkle on cinnamon.
  3. Bake in 350 degree over for 20-22 minutes.
  4. Let rest. Granola will harden as it cools. Enjoy!
